The 17 Day Diet: A Doctor's Plan Designed for Rapid Results is a new book by Mike Moreno. The 17 days to help you lose weight. I like that Dr. Michael Moreno, a diet with enough options to make it possible offers.
Because let's face it - most diets work - if they want you to follow it without killing the boredom.

The doctor claimed that eating by mixing the types of foods you, your body is forced to metabolize more efficiently. I do not know if this is true or just a couple of BS power .. But I know that recipes and menus provided are healthy and tasty. Garbage Removal - refined carbohydrates, sugar, etc. - just eat healthy and nutritious foods. Basically, most nutritionists and any other person with a clue will tell you ... earthshattering anything about this information. But it's true and it works.

I chose this book because I wanted to lose 20 pounds and needed motivation and try some new recipes. How easy or difficult to follow, this book may depend on the way from abroad or are familiar with the policy. If you processed foods, heavy use in refined carbohydrates, this diet will be a big change. However, if you already eat natural, unprocessed food, this should be relatively easy to follow.

The idea is to lose a lot of weight quickly, stay motivated. I loved it. However, if you want a glass of wine or beer, said the doctor, you can do it - easy to understand that it may take a little longer to lose weight.M oreno also requires a 17 minute workout plan to help you lose weight. (The number 17 is a bit annoying for me .... a very popular trend in books these days is a slap in the title number ...)

There motivation, nutrition takes - motivation and an interesting menu. Moreno has to offer a decent job both in his book. I also recommend to always help your home and office in the form of motivating and feel good about themselves. Can not explain it, but as a designer for my clients (and me), I have helped many people, their plans for weight loss stick by repairing their homes. I discovered that if the house is clean and well organized and feels and looks good, it's much, much easier to keep a diet plan. Try any book by Peter Walsh for the size and harmonious environment: to embellish to detoxify and energize your life, your home and your planet for your home and yourself (Imagine. .. a new body and the house in 2011!)
